Msule Care Terms of Use

Last updated: 6 October 2026

1. Using Msule Care

These terms are between you and Msule for your use of the Msule Care Android app. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. What Msule Care is, and is not

Msule Care helps people look after someone they love by ringing medicine and reminder alarms, recording answers, and showing a daily status.

It is not a medical device and not an emergency service. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice, and it does not check that a medicine, a dose or a time is right. Always follow your doctor's advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency number; do not wait for the app.

3. Alarms depend on the phone

An alarm can fail to ring if the phone is switched off, out of battery, set to a mode that blocks alarms, or if the phone's maker restricts apps in the background or the permissions the app needs have been turned off. The app guides you through the settings and warns the caretaker when a phone seems to be blocking alarms, but we cannot promise that every alarm will ring. Please do not rely on the app as the only way a medicine is remembered.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Enter medicines, times and reminders correctly, and check them against the doctor's instructions.
  • Look after someone only with their agreement. The loved one's phone asks them to agree before anything is shared, and you must respect it.
  • Keep your phone and sign-in safe, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
  • Do not misuse the app: no unlawful use, no trying to read other people's information, and no interfering with the service.

5. Care together

When you link with another caretaker, you agree that what you add for them (medicines, reminders, voice messages) is seen and rung on their phone, and that only you can change or remove what you added. Either of you can end the link at any time, and what you shared is then removed.

6. Your information

How we handle your information is described in the Msule Care Privacy Policy at /msule-care/privacy. You can ask us to delete your account and records, as described at /msule-care/delete-account.

7. Changes and availability

The app may change, and parts of it may be paused for maintenance. While the app is in early access it may be incomplete. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

8. Our responsibility

We work to make Msule Care dependable, but it is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for a missed or late dose, or for a decision made about someone's health, that follows from an alarm not ringing, wrong details being entered, or the app being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
