Delete your Msule Care data

1. From inside the app

• Disconnect this phone: on a loved one's phone, in its settings. It stops the alarms and erases everything saved on that phone.
• Stop caring together: ends a link with another caretaker and removes everything the two of you shared.
• Delete a medicine or a reminder: removes it for everyone who could see it.
• Uninstalling the app removes what is saved on that phone.

2. Delete your whole account and your family's records

Write to support@msule.com from the email address you use with us (or tell us the phone number you sign in with) and say that you want your Msule Care account deleted. We will confirm that it is you, for example by asking you to confirm a code on that phone, so that nobody can delete your records by pretending to be you.

We will then delete the account, the people, medicines, reminders, doses, voice notes, messages and pictures stored for your family, and remove your phone number from sign-in, within 30 days of confirming it is you.

3. What is removed, and what may remain

• Removed: your account and phone number, the family records and everything locked inside them, voice notes and pictures, and any Care together space you were part of.
• Voice notes, doses and summaries that are older than their normal limits (7 and 30 days) are already removed automatically.
• May remain for a short time: encrypted copies in Google's routine backups, which are removed on Google's normal schedule, and anything we must keep by law.
